Since incorporation Reehs DC have successfully negotiated the disposal of over 400 affordable homes and yielded an additional £5.1m over and above what our clients had been expecting. We are delighted to be involved in the negotiations of the disposal value of a further 450 homes across, Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and West Berkshire.

Site in Hampshire. Enhanced net value over and above original agreed figure. Net gain to developer was £760,000
Example 2 - 19 Dwellings
Site in Dorset. Negotiated value equal to circa £183/ft2. Developers target figure was £164/ft2. Net gain to developer was £245,000.
Example 3 - 46 Dwellings
Site in East Hampshire. Negotiated value equal to circa £203/ft2. Developers Target figure was £170/ft2. Net gain to developer was £1,140,000.
