Securing added value for your Affordable Housing provision
One of the key service areas has been providing support to a select number of private regional and national housing clients in securing the best value for the affordable housing obligations they have to provide, either prior to going to the market, at competitive bid stage and/or when the site has been acquired.
What we are able to provide our clients is the ability to negotiate the optimum value for the affordable provision through the use of our in-depth knowledge and experience of preparing bids and negotiation the acquisition of Affordable Housing opportunities whilst working in the Housing Association sector. This has provided us with an invaluable insight and understanding of the areas which would be able to support the generation of additional revenue whilst still meeting the purchasing organisation requirements.
Review and provide advice on the Affordable Housing requirements including terms of Section 106 Agreements.
Undertake comprehensive and detailed Procurement services to invite formal offers for the Affordable provision.
Review and identify areas of where betterment can be achieved and also any potential risk
Support clients where viability issues arise and solutions need to be found
Facilitate the selection process and agree Contractual Heads of Terms for the sale/transfer of land and the build agreements terms.
